FAQ

How far in advance should we inquire?

Popular dates — especially May to September — are often booked 6 - 12 months ahead. Shorter-notice requests are possible depending on date, scope and location.

Do you cater vegetarian or vegan menus?

Very much so. Plant-forward menus are part of our core approach, and can always be complemented with fish or meat if desired.

How does payment work?

To secure the date, we require a deposit after confirmation of the offer. The remaining balance is invoiced closer to the event once the final guest count and details are confirmed. Detailed payment terms are outlined in the order confirmation.

Do you have a minimum budget or booking value?

Yes. Weddings require a certain level of planning, preparation and staffing regardless of guest count.
We will outline the expected range transparently during the initial consultation.

Do you also provide staff and equipment?

If required, yes. We can organise the full setup: service team, on-site kitchen, tableware, glassware, furniture and coordination. All out of one hand - so that you can fullly live in the moment on your big day.

What happens after we confirm a booking with you?

Following reservation, planning moves through several steps: concept → tasting → detailed planning → timeline & logistics → final production plan

Can we customise the menu?

Absolutely. Our proposals are a starting point rather than a fixed menu. Together we refine the concept to suit you, your guests and the flow of the day — followed by a personal tasting where we fine-tune flavours, portions and overall style and agenda.

Can you work in different types of venues?

Yes. We regularly cater in empty venues, outdoor settings and private properties.
Kitchen setup, logistics and staffing are adapted to each location.

What if our guest count changes?

The final number of guests is typically confirmed 10–14 days before the event and becomes the basis for billing. Adjustments prior to that are always possible.
